Break Out

When I feel uncomfort, you can say about Sad, I always take a break with a cup of coffee and some cigar.
Every moment we can feel anything, but sometimes we touchdown in Happyness area or Sadness zone. But, you can take a deep breath to make you feel calm to see about the condition. Do you know? I get an amazing experience when I do this. Yes, whatever I feel an condition, I can get the Happiness and keep calm for the bigger smile. Just feel free a minute to close your eyes and take a deep breath. You Got the Paradise in your mind!
